Charles Beaudry, M.Sc., P. Geo


Charles is a P. Geo with over 30 years experience in project generation, business development, exploration chemistry and hands-on project management. Charles previously held the position of General Manager of new business opportunities with IAMGOLD Corporation from 2008 until 2009, after having spent nearly 17 years in various capacities for Noranda-Falconbridge-Xstrata, including as country manager of Brazil from 1996 to 2001 and manager of the Frieda River Project from 2005to 2006. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Geology from the University of Ottawa and a Masters of Geology from McGill University.

Stephen Stewart, M.Sc., M.B.A.


Stephen is the CEO and Director of Orefinders Resources Inc. and PowerOre Inc., both TSX Venture listed companies, while also being a Director of Mistango River Resources, a CSE-listed company. He is also Managing Partner of Minvest Partners, a private group focused on natural resource discovery and development.

Stephen is the Founder and Chairman of the Young Mining Professionals Scholarship Fund, the largest mining-focused charitable organization and fund, which supports mining engineering and geology education in Canada.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and a Master of Science from the University of Florida.


Antoine Schwartzmann

Geology Manager

Antoine Schwartzmann is our Project Geologist who joined our team in June 2018. Mr. Schwartzmann is responsible for the data management, modeling and targeting of our projects working directly with the VP of exploration, Charles Beaudry. Mr. Schwartzmann is a geologist with over 3 years of experience both in Canada and abroad. Previously he was working with Newmont in French Guyana from 2015 to 2018 as an Exploration Geologist in remote areas of the rain forest. Mr. Schwartzmann did his studies in France at the BRGM (France’s reference public institution for Earth Science applications in the management of surface and subsurface resources and risks) and did his master thesis with the IEP (International Explorers & Prospectors Inc.) performing lithogeochemical mapping to discover new potential areas for exploration.

Gautam Narayanan

VP Corporate Development

Gautam is currently the VP of Corporate Development for Power Ore Inc., and Orefinders Resources Inc. He is also currently a Director of Mistango River Resources. He was previously in equity research at Canaccord Genuity, covering base and precious metal equities.

Gautam holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Geology from the University of Toronto, and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Thomas Dott

Managing Director, Kraip Energy (Subsidiary of Pacific Precious)


Mr. Thomas Dott’s career, which spans 20 years, has been predominantly spent on porphyry copper-gold and epithermal gold deposits including those at Frieda River Porphyry Copper – Gold Project, Porgera Gold Mine, Kainantu Gold Mine, Tolukuma Gold Mine and other advanced projects in Papua New Guinea. He spent 5 years in Indonesia where he designed and managed drilling programs of porphyry copper-gold prospects in Aceh Province, Indonesia for Centurion Minerals Ltd and East Asia Minerals Corporation. Recently he was engaged in Solomon Island on a nickel project where he was coordinating exploration as the project was advancing into mining. The extensive exploration experience in porphyry copper/gold and epithermal deposits, high sulphidation copper/gold deposits, and minimal time on nickel/cobalt laterite deposits that Mr. Dott brings to Pacific Precious’ Board will provide the company with outstanding leadership in pursuing the discovery of potential deposits within Papua New Guinea’s globally recognized highly prospective environment. Mr. Dott has a BSC in Geology from the University of Papua New Guinea.

Gijsbert Groenewegen

Independent Director


Gijsbert Groenewegen was born in the Netherlands in 1958 he got two master degrees in law one from Leiden university and one from Amsterdam university . He co-founded a stockbroking firm in London called The Europe Company which was sold to Jefferies Inc in New York in 2000. He co-managed and co-founded the Gold Arrow Fund in 2006 focussing on investing in mining companies with an emphasis on precious metals . He has shareholdings in several mining companies. He has written extensively on the role of gold in today’s monetary environment.
